New Computer Accounts
If you require a standard Monash computer account, please fill-in the 'Computer Account Request Form'; have it signed by your head of department or resource manager and then submit it to the ArtsIT help desk.
Extending Computer Access
If your contract is to be renewed, you are able to apply for a 30 day grace period useing the 'Authority to Extend Computer Access Form', so that your computer access will be continued after the contract expiry date. This is to provide additional time for the paperwork to be processed. The grace period will not be extended beyond 30 days. This form must be submitted before your contract expires. Staff are informed 30 days before their contract expires via a "Deregistration notification" email. Therefore, staff are encouraged to submit their forms as soon as they receive this "Deregistration notification" email.
