Requesting IT Support

As part of our ongoing service improvement, we are centralizing our IT services through the ArtsIT Helpdesk. All queries from all campuses should be sent to the Helpdesk who will then forward them to the relevant section in ArtsIT. The Helpdesk will continuously monitor and coordinate all submitted requests and ensure that you are kept informed of the status of your request.
