Islamophobia: The Experience in Worlds Old and New Lessons from Europe and Australia
This conference seeks to set a national platform to explore how to work towards a socially cohesive society in the context of contemporary realities and challenges. The issues of Islamophobia within the current and
future framework of Australian Multiculturalism will be examine.
Proudly presented by the Australian Intercultural Society in partnership with Monash University and
the Australian Catholic University with special support from:

- National Centre for Australian Studies
- Monash Centre for EU and European Studies
- Global Terrorism Research Centre
- Fethullah Gulen Chair in the Study of Islam and Muslim-Catholic Relations
- Asia-Pacific Centre for Inter-religious Dialogue
Conference registration is $20 or $10 for students, which includes a pass for the two days with lunch and refreshments.
