CAIS Fourth Year (Honours)
Prerequisites for Fourth Year (Honours) Study
Students intending to do honours in Indigenous Studies should have completed a BA degree including a major in Indigenous Studies in which they have achieved grades of 70% or better to the value of twenty-four points taken at second and third-year levels, including at least 16 points at third-year level (18 points for those students commencing BA in 2000 or after).
Fourth Year Requirements
Students are required to take two course-work units, and to present a written dissertation, as outlined below.

- AIS4010 Theories and Research Methodologies in Australian Indigenous Studies (1st Sem)
- AIS4040 Interrogating Race and Power in Australian Indigenous Studies (2nd Sem)
- AIS4030(A) Honours Dissertation Part 1
- AIS4030(B) Honours Dissertation Part 2
