Enrolment changes and variation
Change your enrolment provides links to information on how to change your units, course or personal information.
Before you make a change, check your course requirements in the University Handbook, refer to the entry for your course in the year you started.
If you need help changing your enrolment, please book a course advice appointment or submit a course progression check request.
Sometimes due to your study interests, or the availability of units in a particular year, you may need to request that a core unit, or an additional elective unit, be approved for inclusion in your studies. This is called a variation to a course requirement.
If you need to take a unit not approved in the University Handbook you must:
- Download and complete Variation to study requirements [rtf 645kb].
- Have the form signed by the course coordinator (or approved delegate). Course coordinators are listed in the course handbook entry. If there is no coordinator listed in the handbook contact the Arts Faculty Office on your home campus.
- Return the form to the faculty office on your home campus.
