Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for Arts Honours Sudents
Recognition of prior learning allows students to gain credit, or to proceed to higher level studies, on the basis of prior learning in a non-academic form. For example, recognition of work undertaken as a translator for the French embassy may be used for credit toward a French major.
In all cases request for recognition of prior learning must be referred to the relevant program for assessment. All programs have the right to refuse credit made on the basis of prior learning.
