Tuition Fees
Monash University students will be charged either full-fee or CSP according to their verified funding status. This applies to core and elective units.
Gallipoli Tour Fee and Prato Fees
Gallipoli Tour Fee - approximately AUD$1990
This fee applies only to students enrolling in ATS2387 / ATS3387.
The fee includes accommodation, most meals, excursions, museum entries, a day trip to Troy and all transfers from Istanbul to the Gallipoli peninsula.
You must pay the Gallipoli Tour Fee deposit (AUD$990) prior to submitting your application form by 26 March 2012.
We recommend students to apply earlier as places are limited.
The balance of $1000 must be paid by 25 May 2012 or earlier.
There is also an optional transfer purchase. Students can purchase a $410 transfer which includes a flight from Turkey to Bologna and a coach from Bologna to Prato OR make their own arrangements to Prato.

Funding
Financial assistance is available to current Monash students only.
Monash Abroad Funding:
Most Monash students who participate in short term international study programs receive Monash Abroad travel grants from the University. Many are also eligible for a range of other loans, scholarships and grants.

Monash Abroad will directly deposit the money into your bank account within a month of the program start date.
University Financial Aid
The university will loan students up to $3000.00 through Financial Aid. The loan must be paid back by the time you graduate and carries no interest for the first 12 months.

OS-HELP Loan
You may also wish to use OS-HELP introduced by the government, where you may be eligible for financial assistance in the form of a loan towards your Arts overseas study program.
Please ensure you meet all the eligibility requirements including the conditions of the loan as outlined in the OS-HELP Brochure on this website before applying.

Centrelink Letters
The program is considered a Monash University course and therefore full time students may continue to receive payments. An enrolment verification letter can be requested from Monash Student Services Centre.
