Description
Students are required to complete 48 points of study comprising of a thesis, a compulsory seminar and two coursework units.
The coursework units and the thesis topic are chosen in consultation with the Linguistics honours coordinator.
Units
Thesis
Students complete one of the following options:
- LIN4660 Minor thesis OR
- LIN4660 (A) Minor thesis Part 1 AND
- LIN4660 (B) Minor thesis Part 2
Coursework Units
Students complete one of the following options:
- LIN4990 Linguistics study abroad program OR
- LIN4720 Special topics in linguistics AND
- LIN4740 Linguistic theory
