Monash Arts Undergraduate Campus Transfer Information
Who can apply for a course transfer?
Campus transfers are available for the following courses only:
- Bachelor of Arts: Available via Caulfield, Clayton, Gippsland and off-campus
- Bachelor of Arts (Global): Available via Caulfield and Clayton
Selection Criteria for Campus Transfer Applications
All applications for transfer will be considered on academic merit and number of available places. To be eligible to transfer, students are required to have achieved a minimum overall average of credit (60 or above) in their studies.
When Can you Apply For a Course Transfer
Semester One Transfer
Applications close 31 October. All late applications will be wait listed.
Mid-Year Transfer
Applications close 30 June.

Submit your application to Monash Arts
You must submit your application to Monash Arts prior to the closing date. For information:
When will you be notified about your application?
Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their transfer application via their Monash email account.
Semester One Transfers
Students will be notified in mid December, before the university closes for the year. Applications received after the first of December will not be considered for transfer until the Faculty completes undergraduate enrolment for new students. This typically occurs by mid-February every year.
Mid-year Transfers
Students will be notified after the release of Semester One results.
