Step 7: Find your timetable

Most units have specific class times. Many units have a combination of a lecture, a tutorial or a lab, and some units just have a seminar. The University Handbook entry for the unit will tell you the number and type of classes you have to attend.

The Monash University Timetable System (MUTTS) is used to publish information for staff and students on the web. To use the system you will need to login using your authcate username and password.

In the 2009 Timetable, click on the view by unit option and after entering in the unit codes; you will get timetable information for those units. You do not need to be enrolled in units to use this feature.

The ‘view my timetable’ option will show you the timetable for enrolled units with teaching actives scheduled. However, it does not show your allocated class times. For allocated class times you will need to login to Allocate+.

More than one lecture/tutorial/seminar time may be listed in the timetable, to clarify how many classes you will need to attend check the unit's description in the University Handbook, or contact the relevant school or centre directly if you have further questions about the class times for that unit.

If you cannot find the details for any of your units contact the school or centre that coordinates the unit/s for timetable information.

Please note you must sign up for your classes on Allocate+. Information on how to do this is provided in the next step.
