Australian Centre for Jewish Civilisation
The Centre's teaching program encompasses a number of disciplines and areas of study which reflect the diversity of Jewish civilisation. Undergraduate studies include Jewish history; Jewish languages; Jewish classical and modern literature; and studies in Jewish law, religion, philosophy, politics and sociology. An Honours and Masters program allows advanced students to enrol in a comprehensive postgraduate Jewish Studies program. In addition to the Jewish studies courses offered on campus the Centre has a community learning program called Darsheini which offers mini-courses and special events at convenient locations in the community. The Centre is also devoted to offering a number of study resources for scholars of Jewish civilisation.
