4.00 - 6.00 Ambassador Marton Krasznai ( Director, Department of Security Policy & Cooperation in Europe & Chairman of the OSCEC Forum for Security Cooperation, Vienna) will lead off a discussion about how the security challenges in the OSCE area (Europe, Caucasus, Central Asia) and the responses to them have been affected by the changing security scenarios in Afghanistan, Central Asia, and China.
