Spanish Cinema film festival

The Spanish and Latin American Studies Program is proud to be one of the sponsors of the 2008 La Mirada: Jewels of Spanish Cinema film festival. This important festival is co-programmed by Pedro Almodóvar, Spain’s leading film-maker and Oscar award winner. The focus of this year’s festival is flamenco and several staff members, including Dr Stewart King and Mr. Ramón López Castellano, will be participating in Question and Answer sessions.
